Due to the damage to several water and sanitation facilities in Ukraine due to the conflict, Smilyvist has endeavoured to establish long-term and realistic solutions in close collaboration with local communities, relevant authorities, and partners. In Ukraine, our specialised teams seek to assist the afflicted population with potable water. In addition to ensuring and monitoring drinking water quality, we hope to restore and maintain pumping stations and water networks to provide sustainable water access. Besides water station repair projects, we support local operators with the delivery of potable water via pumping systems.
